At Victoria on 15 October the almanac gives (in UT) high water 0620 (4.4 m), low water 1211 (2.3 m), high water 1830 (4.7 m). The day is outside a shaded area: at what summer time (DST) do they happen?

High water: 0620 UT, 4.4 m
Low water: 1211 UT, 2.3 m
High water: 1830 UT, 4.7 m
Table rule: add ONE hour in non-shaded areas
